The rows of flat wire formed into modules are joined by cross rods with welded washers at both edges. The resulting structure offers a high strength to weight ratio, which makes them especially resistant in continuous industrial operations, thereby guaranteeing a long service life of uninterrupted production. |

It is a positive drive belt via sprockets spaced across the full width of the belt practically forming a parallelogram, whilst at the same time producing no tracking problems, and incurring low maintenance costs. They are easily brush cleaned or by using water or steam jets to meet the requirements laid down by sectors such as the food industry. The open spaces of these belts make them ideal for drainage, drying, bathing or cooking processes where air, gas or liquids have to pass through the belt.
