Rod Network Belt

TDA

TDA belts possess a series of characteristics which make the operation of these belts advantageous in a multitude of applications. In general, they are used to transport light weight products at temperatures up to 400ºC.

Made of AISI-304 stainless steel and music wire, they are driven by sprockets over the full width of the belt, which ensure excellent tracking of the belt in a wide variety of load and/or speed situations.

    The characteristics are the following:

  • Large open-mesh surface area (approximately 80%), which allows the free passage of air, gasses or liquids, and therefore good circulation around the products being conveyed.
  • High longitudinal flexibility allowing sprocket, bush and roll diameters of the installation to be small.
  • Low weight per square metre.
  • Easy to clean and difficult to clog.

TDA belts are made in two selvage finishes; simple or double edge, and in a wide range of wire diameters, module pitches and widths, along with special finishes to meet the client's requirements.
